Kiara Daniels is a public servant, developer, and housing visionary from Tacoma, WA. With over a decade of experience in public service, real estate, and community development, Kiara founded Kindred Homes to create housing rooted in cultural care, affordability, and interdependence.
A natural organizer and bold strategist, Kiara leads with both love and execution. Her work is driven by the belief that our homes should honor who we are — and where we came from.
Sandra Daniels – Executive Director
Sandra Daniels is a respected leader and lifelong public servant with a deep commitment to her community. As the Executive Director of Kindred Homes, she brings decades of experience in civic engagement, systems navigation, and public sector leadership.
Sandra also brings the heart of the project: her vision to retire not in isolation, but in joyful community with friends and familiarity, sparked the idea that became Kindred Living.
